Here at Periodical Inc, Incorporated, we believe that diversity is our greatest weakness. The melting pot of different ideas is distracting and a minefield for conflict. A variety of points of view, experiences, and backgrounds makes us scared, and for this reason we are fully-committed to excluding as many people as possible.
